Our sales team meets with every potential client to ensure they will be a reliable partner, are comfortable with the rates Facet contractors charge, and that the work is appropriately challenging and interesting.
We match jobs with Facet Network members based on the information you provide in your profile, so please be sure it's accurate.
Jobs that are currently available are shared to our network via the Facet app job board. You can use the job search feature to be automatically matched with open positions (just make sure your job search is turned on!)
For Jobs on the Job Board
When you find a job that you are interested in, submit your application directly through the Facet app.
For Job Match Emails
Simply reply to the email indicating you’ve been matched to a job and to let us know you’re interested.
The Application Process
Once you notify us that you're interested in a job, we will arrange a Microsoft Teams Meeting with you to discuss the opportunity in greater detail and answer any questions you might have. If there’s a mutual fit and you decide to move forward, we will present your profile to the client. If the client feels like you would be a good match for the position, we will arrange interviews with the client.
