Getting Paid

When you log your hours via Listo, we bill the client, collect the funds, and then pay you.

Each pay period is two weeks, so after your first payment (which typically takes 30-45 days from the first invoice date, depending on the client’s payment terms), the cadence of payments is approximately every two weeks, provided your hours are submitted on time.

An invoice is sent to the client for payment every 2 weeks on the Monday after  the pay period has ended. You can always contact our finance team to find out when the client’s next invoice date will be. Here’s what this process looks like with 30-day terms:
